What type of woods do you use for the boards?

Most of our boards are crafted using high-quality Acacia or Bamboo, blending durability with natural coastal beauty.

Can I cut directly on the resin on my cheeseboard?

We don't recommend cutting directly on the resin — it can scratch. One of our savvy customers suggests using the back of the board for cutting and keeping the front for beautiful serving displays!

Can I put hot items on the resin?

Not really. A small, warm cup of coffee might be okay, but overall, the resin is meant for cool or room temperature foods to keep it looking flawless.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 2–5 business days via ground service. You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your art hits the road!

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@vikaasart.com with clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number and we will either send you a replacement or offer you store credit.
