Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@vikaasart.com with clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number. 

Once your claim is reviewed, you may choose to:

• Receive a replacement item, or

• Be issued store credit for the full product amount (excluding shipping costs)

All claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and satisfaction.
